I'm getting used to calling them takitsuba now. it's easier than t&t and it's easier to type. can stop aiming for the shift+7 now. and just because I felt like it, I went through my old entries. I welcome myself to 2 months in the fandom and I think I must be mad. the amount I am amassing is rather frightening. it's reminding me of the time I went mad over gazette and collected almost everything I could find on the net. that was very scary.
but anyway I was looking through the old entries and started laughing at some things I wrote. it all started with singing yumo at karaoke. man. and then after that we all learnt some part of the dance. and actually I can do the entire chorus now. plus the intro. oops. but I can't beat the fans at that sc episode. power.
and then we were laughing at kohii no hana. for some really odd reason takki sings it REAL loud and REAL clear. koHII no hana. and due to that we totally cracked up at ho! summer because of the koi no saafin. we even turned it into a surfing coffee song, where the sea is brown in colour and it's super dark in there.
and then there's an entry about how I was lazy to find their discography. I must have been mad. the albums and singles actually hide a lot of really good tracks inside. and actually I still don't think that two you four you was a lousy album. it's just that 2wenty 2wo was a very very good album. some of my favourite tracks are from there. and without c/ws, there is no queen or r and no himegoto. how can I let that pass. and hito natsu no. my goodness. sometimes I feel a little guilty about not listening to kat-tun beyond the first album but then I think about it again and I realise that either for some reason their music doesn't appeal anymore, or it actually didn't really but I pushed myself to listen anyway.
I almost forgot about this: koi no wana can be either 恋の罠 or 故意の罠. I don't understand why takitsuba doesn't just use more kanji in the lyrics. it's easier to read than a string of katakana. like can't they just write 躊躇い? don't understand. and sometimes it gets on my nerves that they like to use either alternative readings, or completely different readings. like they always read 運命 as sadame, and not unmei, 鼓動 has been read as inochi and there's a small pile of others. yeah when they actually use kanji it gets confusing sometimes. I know reading kamen off the screen almost threw me off. the next thing that irritates me is how they sing like hyde. yeah that means they eat up most of the syllables they can eat. I know hyde drove me up the wall with that stunt for the first few years, especially because back then I didn't understand a single word of japanese and had zero clue on how it worked. now I'm getting used to it, I suppose.
and I actually resisted spazzing and squeeing. like why. not that I am capable of the old squeeing fangirl I used to be back in secondary school, but no way am I saying that I just like takitsuba and that's that. I rapidly turned into a fangirl anyway. nowadays I think it's a lack of fellow fangirls about me so I shut up a lot over the years. after being the silent jrock fan I think I'm finding it hard to start squeeing all over again.
oh and yes I can dance x~dame too. not all of it, but enough of it, I think. I'm beginning to understand where the poking fingers go to and where they should land, and why previously I couldn't get it. why is furitsuke so addictive? why do people learn it? I'm still asking myself some of these questions. dir en grey used to have some 'parapara dances' that went with some of their songs, and I learnt them all too. I knew what kyo was going to do at exactly that point of time in that song. ruki too. although I don't have a proper video of the ending of akai one piece. darn.
and then I realised that I've been playing takitsuba songs non-stop. almost. very comically, the track that disrupted the flow of takitsuba songs as reported on my entries was kat-tun's don't u ever stop. HAHA. oh plus I still haven't watched beyond the 6 episodes of yoshitsune. yes I have six somewhat hilarious episodes of yoshitsune. okay one was very sad because they were going to behead the little boy. but other than that, takki versus abe hiroshi is hilarious. absolutely. I remember watching that in class and I couldn't stop laughing. not just because of the terrible computer generated effects, but the two actors totally cracked me up. after that lecture I was so bent on watching yoshitsune. then when I told my sister about it, you know what she said? she went to japan in 2005, and they bought some tissue packets. their tissue packets have advertisements printed on them, and YES she actually kept this particular packet with a nice bright red costumed takki on it. they actually had a yoshitsune tissue packet! HAHAHA it's still in her drawer. we still laugh at it.
then there's the pile of video clip reports. the screencap spams and such. I just downloaded a small pile of takki.us because michelle and team kindly subbed and uploaded some of the koi uta promotion rush clips. so I was like re-watching these clips, just subbed this time. and after a while I realised that the mecha mecha iketeru clip isn't really so funny anymore. because I think that's the first time I've seen takki really pissed. I think he seriously got angry with that one. and actually no I didn't exactly think takki's account of what he said to the junior high crush was very cool. I thought it very petty actually. although I think if I were in the same high school as tsubie I would freaking stalk him everyday. oops.
--end of takitsuba ramble for the day--
